PT. Mentari Sejati Perkasa (PT. MSP) is proud to announce inclusion of a newly purchased container vessel with a loading capacity of 265 TEU (Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit) to our fleet. The 2 year-old 6700 DWT container vessel will be called KM. Mentari PRATAMA and it is now on its way down to Indonesia from far north. Mentari PRATAMA is expected to be in full operating condition at the end of December 2008.

PT. Mentari Sejati Perkasa has now purchased 3 container vessels in total since the beginning of 2008 year. With new vessels and container units at disposal, PT. MSP is now striving for a better quality service, on-time delivery, and a better cargo safety for customers’ peace of mind.

At a really young age of 2 years old, KM. Mentari PRATAMA has met international quality and performance standards, and is expected to be trouble free for many years to come.
PT. MSP has also purchased some additional 600 new containers this month adding to a total of around 1300 TEUs since June 2008. The new Twenty foot units are expected to arrive in Surabaya and Jakarta early next month in preparation for the first Mentari PRATAMA fleet to east Indonesia region.
